When I was in high school, I had a premonition that a family member was going to try to end their own life. When that premonition came true and that person's attempt was unsuccessful, I knew that my career was to become a mental health counselor.
I started to realize that we really were in a simulation. I didn't want to conform anymore. I wanted to start helping people in a way that actually yielded results.
It took some time, perseverance, and tenacity. In my own healing, I discovered how to ethically integrate the traditional and non-traditional methods that actually transform someone's life. I practice what I preach, and I do not ask my clients to do anything that I, myself, have not already done or am currently doing.
