In a mental health counseling setting, aromatherapy is used as an adjunctive intervention to support relaxation, emotional regulation, stress reduction, and grounding. It is not a standalone treatment and does not replace psychotherapy, medication, or other evidence-based interventions.

I was first introduced to Young Living in 2020. One of my classmates in my intuitive development class explained how the oils improve our intuition. I was excited to see it and use it for myself. I signed up at the beginning of March 2020 and by the time my starter kit came to my house, the world had just shut down for the pandemic.
